Star Wars Episode: IV, V, VI - Wedge

Denis Lawson was born on September 27, 1947, in Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland as Denis Stamper Lawson. He is an actor and director, known for Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977), Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983) and Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980) playing Wedge Antilles

He has had roles in television since 1969, most recently in Death in Paradise, In Plain Sight, Jekyll and New Tricks to name a few.  He played the leading role in the critically acclaimed BBC adaption of Charles Dickens' Bleak House, receiving an Emmy nominaton. He has also appeared on the stage, notably in the musical, Mr. Cinders.  in the revival of La Cage Aux Follies and the revival of Pal Joey and directed live theater.
